    i am surprised by this.
    about 10 years ago i tried to buy one of these and found it almost impossible - they were being sold quasi internally within the f1 fraternity.
    i could not get it registered either even if i had managed to get it.

    Fascinating - I'd never even thought about these being sold on before! I wondered if it's been upgraded and how different it might be from a std. Black Series. Any pictures of the interior?

    Unfortunately I will not be able so see the vehicle hit the auction block. :( I was informed that the vehicle was sold privately to an undisclosed buyer. Actually both vehicles are sold. On the first image you can see the orange car behind the safety vehicle. Does anyone else want to guess the selling price before I disclose it? Clue... It was sold for 6 figures ;)
