Do you really think that your contribution on this forum is so much superior to everyone else? I don't think it is.

You only come here to attack people who have a different opinion, because you became very touchy about criticism of your pet team.

I don't know if you are of Italian origin, but it seems that you wear that false patriotism on you sleeve as your only argument.

If my posts irritate you that much, report me to the mods, or put me on ignore. The forum would benefit from a less condescending attitude.

I thought you were ignoring moi, LOL. Obviously you can’t resist reading my incisive commentary and so just answered your own question, LOL.

Anyway, you betray once again your prejudices related to race and nationality so evident in your comments and as evidenced by the fact you come on a FERRARI chat site to try to ridicule the team at every opportunity—the classic troll syndrome.

What is funny is that some still use that incident as a stick against Mercedes, but completely exonerate the other parties: Pirelli and the FIA.

His technical insight and understanding is of a higher standard than most here, and he bothers explaining it in an articulate and understandable way.

So if we have to quantify post superiority, I say yes, absolutely.

No, but I think Mercedes still had a few left over that weren't smashed to bits by the Totonator.

New regulations for 2022, but stuck with the same old tit-for-tat 'discussions'.

Illegal? It was outright cheating by Mercedes.

It's amazing people go back to 94' and Benneton constantly when talking about Schumacher, but not the illegal Mercedes tire test, or Spygate when conversations about Hamilton's greatness come up.

That test gave Mercedes huge technical insight. It was a head start like no other. Should've been thrown out several races for it.

Don't you think you are slightly over-egging the pudding for effect here?

If cheating was committed by Beneton, McLaren or Mercedes, it was the teams themselves that were guilty, not the drivers.

How could Schumacher be responsible for corrupted sofware, or Hamilton be accused for handling unauthorised data and a tyre test?

I think people's obsession in trying to uncover plots everywhere really spoils their enjoyement of the sport.

I don't think anyone with half a brain would blame the drivers. That said, the drivers are still benefitting from it, which means it's part of the discussion regardless of if they had anything to do with it.

I trust that it these cheats had a really big influence on the championship, the FIA would take steps to sanction the culprits.

We look very good at the moment. Right up there with Red Bull.

Might RBR have a slight advantage? Sure. Is our car a race winner? Sure looks like it. Almost 100%.

All of those who insist we must dominate the season, after a decade of struggling to be competitive, then falling back to the terrible lows of 2020, are simply not setting realistic goals for the teams rebuild.

The focus of the team should be getting on the podium and taking what victories they can for the first half of the season. Let the other chips fall where they may. If we're second in WCC, and getting some wins, that's good improvement for the team.
