No. It’s a coupe with the aerokit. I originally ordered the lava orange. I got in line at the end of 2021. By the time I got my allocation in July of 2022, lava orange was discontinued. I could have gone with PTS, but I was told by the dealer, that it would probably add more time. And since I was already looking at an extra three months for the aerokit, I settled for python green (now discontinued!). I haven’t picked it up yet. It is getting PPF. I’m now trying to decide if I want to powder coat the wheels to match the color of the decal on the door. (That option was not available on GTS wheels). Here it is at the dealer. All kinds of ****. It's at the dealer now so I'll have an update this week. I'm hoping it's something simple. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
do you access to the battery? disconnect it for 10 min then reconnect. also just try leaving drivers door open for 30 min. computer may reset. (with battery maintainer connected).
I tried disconnecting the battery the other day and it didnt help. The car is now with the dealer and I hope to have an update Monday.
Nothing yet. They've tried a few fixes and still the same issues. Quite frankly I don't have confidence it will be corrected. I've been reading online and many people have had these problems and I haven't seen any resolved. I'm already starting discussions on next steps.
Wow. That’s a shame. I’m right at 400 miles of the 500 miles break in period. No issues so far. I’m sorry about your experience. It takes the joy out of it. Hope it gets sorted out soon. Please give us updates.
I will certainly update this thread. Apparently, I am not alone. There are many cases of the exact same issue(s) but it is completely random. I have yet to read where someone had a legitimate fix. Everyone posts complaints and then they go dark which leads me to believe they settled and count say anymore.
Sorry to hear, especially after the wait. These are impressive cars, but complicated. If it’s any consolation Porsche has been super responsive to a/c issues we had with a new Macan — now fixed. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Loved the color and excitement. I'll be an optimist... People usually get on the internet and complain about the issues and once they are resolved they don't post anymore... Not because they are silenced or even rude... It's because it's resolved and they are out having fun. Any updates?
As of today still unresolved. They've done a compression test, changed the DME, checked a bunch of ****. If it's unresolved in the next week they will be buying it back + my expenses and headaches within reason.
Yikes Sorry to hear I’ve been underwhelmed with their service. They’ve owed me a spare key for a car so long, with no real ETA, that I traded the car before getting the key….. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
More grasping by Porsche and likely will never be fixed so I am working on a refund. BTW, PNA rep sucks so far.
They were absolutely atrocious with me I contacted them 6 months after delivery if my car, with one key, and I asked what do I do if I lose the key? And if you have no spare keys, how are you producing new keys for new cars ? They told me to talk to my dealer. I said , I’ll do one better, after a dozen Porsches I’ll go ahead and never buy another one again Zero loyalty and customer service left. We’ll see when they’re sucking wind in a year offering discounts Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Feel free to PM if you prefer not to answer in the broader forum, but which of our local P-car dealers did you work with?
I don’t mind Porsche of greenwich They are the ones that should be embarrassed … Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
