They made 842 for the home market to circumvent punitive tax for cars over 2.0 L They lowered the final drive , altered the gear ratios to some what pep up the theoretical performance loss from dropping the Hp down to 170 .They sleeved the 3.0 block so external you can’t tell , except the manifold ( headers ) pipe dia is smaller being 1 .0 L per bank . Recognise the sounds .
