208 GT4 Material used?

Re the 208 GT4
Can anyone tell me what the fuel tanks are coated in and what is the material sprayed on both the wall between the rear headers and the trunk and the space above the firewall below the rear screen?

and, are the window/ door / windscreen trims chrome or polished stainless?

Another pic to follow with the same material sprayed on the inside of the car behind and above the rear seat.
