    difficult to get that anymore, most modern box tubing has the radius corners after hot rolling!

    I had to make up something very similar, gave up looking and used 20mm angle and welded together, then sanded down to get good square edges.

    A Bodyshop here in Germany bought a box section with thicker walls and milled them to size.
