    hi Alwin

    wasn't 2141 totalled in the 60's?
i believe the engine is now in 0764

are you going to reunite the engine with its original chassis and recreate the body?

engine is not in 0764. Owner of the original engine wants me to reconstruct the car for him. So every periodical photo of 2141 is welcome.
would like to see photos of the rear and inside pictures

No it is what it is, a reconstruction from scratch with the original engine and many many original swb parts.

Most worthwhile owners and restorers of my acquaintance seem to have been very happy to buy high-quality photographic reference to enhance their investment or work...

I have 2 period photos ( too large!) of # 2141GT just before slidding along the basement of a bridge and an abrupt stop against a cement cube at the end of it. After avoiding an erring Studebaker's lady, a snowy day on Route 50, between Annapolis and D.C. Remains bought back by Gordon Tatum. The owner is a good friend of mine. Still drives a cabriolet C4 and a s/c Boxster today. Still having fun!

Can anyone of you provide me photos of the trunk of a '60 comp. berlinetta (already got help of a close sister car 2129) but would like some more photos of 2119, 2127 or 2149.

    Thank you

    If anybody cares:
A 250 GT SWB Berlinetta with this S/N is owned by a friend of mine here in Switzerland, since several years and it is IN ONE piece and complete.
    Have fun!

could you resize the pics and post them here ? for resizing them you can use easy freeware like image blizzard or similar programs.

Holly **** ... now we are going to have 2 cars with this serial number. Man I'd be really, really, really, really, really upset if I was Marcel's friend. He's probably going to end up in court through no fault of his, or watch his car devalue over night. Very disappointing
