They were critical back in the day when the scoring was strictly human. There were spinning lights, diff colors, diff locations, diff number of lights to make sure your scorer didn't miss you.
Does anyone know if there is a super in depth telemetry that's available? Even if it's for purchase. Something with sectors, etc?
Humph. They talkin 'bout illegal having an inside wheel lift. Back when I ran, the Porsches had so much oversteer, they had to lift the inside front about a foot to get around a corner. It was standard procedure.
