Driving the car yesterday, all was well, I parked it in my driveway and green fluid started spewing out from under the right front wheel well......radiator coolant. Since the overflow tank is in the back of the car...I wonder how serious this might be? Possibly just a burst hose somewhere under the front? I need to flatbed the car to my mechanics for a complete once-over....has this happened to anyone before?

Hello Morry, your cars coolant pipes and hoses may need replacing, they may be original. We have most of them in stock here in Toronto.

I would strongly urge you to have Rocco have a look at it. He has loads of experience with the older cars and knows how to find problems before they happen.

all of the connections to the radiator are on the left side (driver side). You may just have a radiator leak. I pulled mine & had it pressure tested & repaired & it cost about 80 bucks...not a big deal. I redid my main hoses & rear metal cooling pipes too & it was not a tough job either. The hoses were original and I was surprised that they were in such good shape. However, if you do them now it will save you from doing them later. Good luck

the bleeder valve is on the passenger side of the radiator, isn't it?

Other than that, not a whole lot going on over there.

    Here's a drawing.

You've also got the hoses that connect to the heater matrix on the right side - Could be one of these hoses.

My Dino's radiator "stopcock" is on the passenger side.

I recommend using distilled water over tap.

Mine is presently leaking in "hot" position-the coolant comes out near the radiator
