    I wear a size 46 jacket. I'm about 5'9" and about 185 lbs.

I found the Dino to be quite comfortable, although if you're over about 6'1" you're gonna find in a tight fit for to aft. It does have a low slung roof. If you put a fattie in the seat next to you you're gonna be uncomfortably close, but again, the ride is good and the seats generous enough to fit a broad shouldered, but not too tall, driver.

If you have tatty knees, skip it. Car sits very low to the round and can be a bugger to get in and out of. My preferred method was stick my butt in first, then swing my legs in.

My brother in law, who is 6'5", drove my Dino once, he had to wrap his knees around the steering wheel.

Actually, the Daytona seats in my Dino fit me better than the seats in the 360 that I own now.

Best fit of all? the 550 I test drove a while ago.

I'm 6'1", 155 lbs. I have plenty of headroom in my GT and I understand the GTS has more because the panel is thinner. Legroom is kind of irrelevant because at least for me the seat position is limited by my ability to comfortably reach the top of the steering wheel, not legroom. So I do not have the seat all the way back.

    Top in?

Not enough that I noticed it on a spirited test drive of a GTS once vs the GT I owned.

Top out? Can't help ya', never driven one that way, but, based on 70's build technology, I would expect some additional cowl shake, etc.

On a spirited drive around goodwood (UK) on a Ferrari day, negotiating a chicane, right, left, right, the body flexed to the point that targa top popped out one side.

I once drove a 246 GTS with the top on and could see daylight at the windshield header as the targa top moved. It was not at all a spirited drive. I was taken for a parade lap at Lime Rock Park in a GTS, maximum speed 50 mph. The top was off, and the windshield visibly moved a bit from side to side on the smooth track surface. I have also seen GTS Dinos with paint cracks on the roof buttresses, indicating to me that there was quite a bit of body flex. Having only owned 246 GTs, I don't have any long-term experience with a Spyder. Fred

I think that answers your question.
Look at a cutaway drawing of Dino. If you take the roof off, how stiff to flexing can it possibly be? I understand the GTS had some additional bracing in the rockers, but it can't take the place of a solid roof which triangulates the structure. (The removable panel doesn't have any significant structural strength-- as the quote above confirms.)

Porsche Targas of the early '70's were also known to flex. Serious drivers didn't buy them.

It all depends on how you plan to use your Dino-- it doesn't matter if you don't plan to corner hard.
