I just now thought of having a look in Ferrari by Pininfarina by Ettiene Cornil. It has some shots (look like official Pininfarina pictures) of 0663GT, with and without the 'single seater'-layout (I mean the 'driver only' wraparound windshield).

    THIS sentence:
"This one off convertible, a special two seater cafe racer, had a large hood air scoop and a drivers headrest, and among other unusual details was a wraparound plastic windshield and external hood fasteners."
REFERS to the time when George Frochen had 0783 GT (1984). Not to the time when Rubirosa had it. I admit that it is not very clear in the article, my apologies.

No problem Marcel. Another mystery (well, to me anyway) solved!

If you're talking about the real Ferrari 250 GT Spyder Competizione, s/n 0999GT, it's becoming available.

You may want to very carefully double-check the engine number, the data ID tag and the chassis number.
