Hi, I found a owners manual for a 250 GT also, here are some of the books I found: 330GTC, Flaminia, GT 400, P Muira S, etc. The gt400 & p muira s, have modena racing Inc printed on the front cover. These books are not reprints, they are OEM. My guess is that they may have belonged to mechanic. If you ask me questions about the books maybe we can discover together how they ended up in that dusty old barn in he met.

I was wondering if anyone was going to reply to my post. I see that someone did, I noticed that several people viewed my post but maybe they did'nt know what to say. I know that this is generally a site for Ferrari's only but I will tell you about my find. Starting with the Lancia Flaminia owners manual, it appears to be a first edition, on the back cover it says " First Edition 1960" and there are names of companies in Italy where parts and supplies can be found, just inside the front cover is a reddish tissue paper that is slightly smaller than the surrounding pages and on this paper is a message thanking the buyer for purchasing the automobile. Then there is the owners manual for the Maseratti Bora AM 117, this has a green jacket and is held together with brass screws ( I don't know what year it is, can someone help me here?).

AM 117 refers to the Tipo that the Maserati Bora was. Does it say what cc the car is in the manual as it came in both 4.7 and 4.9 versions? Joe Sackey, a contributor and sponsor on this site may be able to help you on the books, especially the Miura one. His email address is [email protected] and web site www.joesackey.com.

Hmmmm. Seems as though this is the third time I have seen this exact reply in this thread. Would you care to expand your replies a little?

This is the right spot to post for "collectibles" but you might want to join the website to use FerrariAds to sell them, or post the non Ferrari ones in the "Other Italian" Section further down the page.

+1 to contactiong Joe Sackey for valuations on this wonderful 'find'...can you post some pictures???

    Welcome....

Sorry about the multiple posting, I pushed the wrong button on this new tablet I just purchased. I see that Mr. Sackey is a Ferrari expert of sorts. I will send him a message. Although it would be interesting to know the value of these items, presently I am interested in the history of them. To begin with: There seems to be a lot of info about Luigi Chinitti but I can't find much of anything about Alfred Momo, for example; If Luigi Chinitti Motors was at 790 Eleventh Ave in Manhattan and Modena Racing Inc was at 770 Eleventh Ave, who owned modena racing? Was Alfred Momo a business owner and a master mechanic? Did Alfred Momo work alone or did he have a crew? What became of him? I have always found that knowing about your stuff is part of the fun in owning something,,thanks/Tony. P.s. pictures, right now I am at work, I am an "Over the road Trucker", I drive a 72ft long beast with a 475 HP engine, I will post pictures when I get home in a couple of weeks.
