So you happen to know how to remove the duct from the right side vent? Is that I have a rear mounted turbo it’s kind of useless and maybe I could fit an intercooler there.

    RH grill ,,,?
on the 8’s,, the inside trim panels must come off.
to get to the nuts. ( later cars ,, the side grate slides to the rear., to release the hooks. No nuts. )

    your running
    a Turbo,,?
QV motors are ,, good with turbos.
They are. 8.2 to one compression.
    good luck.

This is a 2V motor. We all know they need all the help they can get, haha. It's a small ball bearing GT35R mounted under the trunk, basically where the cats used to be. I'm using an electric oil lift pump to move the oil from the turbo back to the motor. So far I've seen 240whp at 9psi, about a 52% improvement over stock. But the timing curve is totally wrong for a turbo. I am working on a crank trigger wheel setup that I will use to drive a ECU that will run both factory coils, and possibly eventually fuel injections. Right now I am pushing boost through the CIS air flow meter and it's working OK.

The ARP bolts are meant to replace the original Ferrari bolts of the transmission crown ring (in the picture).
Several transmissions got damaged (and so the gearbox) because these bolts are prone to break.
Ferrari updated these bolts in the mid of 80's but there is no way to know which bolts your car have unless you open the transmission.
Mine one are the original version and I was strongly recommended by my mechanic to replace them.

So do you think the nuts I have chosen are not right enough?
Could you send me the link where you bought your CV joint nuts? Or at least a page where they are displayed

    Happy New Year Eduardo,
sorry if I am bugging you again on the same topic but you are one of the few ones out there who is knowledgeable about this issue.
You should have installed the ARP bolts many years ago, how did it go so far?

Do you know about others who have replaced the Ferrari bolts with this type from ARP
    https://www.summitracing.com/parts/ARP-663-1009
    ?
