    I am looking for the lift and duration numbers (intake and exhaust) for the 288 and F40 cams.

    Anybody have this avaialble?

    For F40, owner's manual has this:

    Intake: Starts 16º before TDC, ends 48º after BDC.
    Exhaust: Starts 54º before BDC, ends 10º after TDC.

    Clearance between tappets and cams for timing = 0.50 mm.

    Thank for the reply, but I am looking for the actual cam lobe specifications.
    Total lobe lift and duration.

    Example:
    Lift 0.426
    Duration 288
    Duration 260° @ .050

    You can calculate seat to seat duration, ICL/ECL/LSA with the specs Bill provided.
