My 2024 has about 2300 miles and has just developed squeaky brakes. As I approach a stop sign the squeak become very noticeable. Any suggestions for eliminating the squeakiness? I have heard rinsing them while cold works or braking hard from a high speed multiple times can help. Any other thoughts? I love the car in every way and this is my only complaint

Hope you find a solution, I've had F430/FF/Roma and all had squeaky brakes and never found a solution. Everything I read just said it's part of the experience :)

After a track day mine sounded like a city bus. I blew out all the holes in the discs with compressed air and that pretty much resolved the issue for me. The discs were loaded with dust.

  4. Try bedding (or re-bedding) your brakes again.

Or if you're lazy, drive harder, brake harder, repeat.

I have rinsed the brakes and used an air compressor to clean the holes in the discs. Now I will be heading to work on some back roads and will do multiple high speed braking. Hopefully, I don't get pulled over and I lose the squeak.

Multiple (7-8) stops from 60-70 is what worked for me on my 458 or GT4 when this would happen after winter storage. The brakes need to be hot, and the stops need to be hard. Full press on the pedal. You need to have clear roads, because you are stopping abruptly and can't have anyone behind you. Go home after and let the brakes cool. Make sure the tires are up to temp first. Let us know if this works

NO More SQUEAKING. I did three things. Rinsed the breaks with fresh water when the brakes were room temp. Then I used my compressor to blow out any residual dirt in the disk holes. Finally I drove to work on some back roads and did plenty of hard braking from 65 mph down to 10 mph. After that I let the brakes cool down. Now no more squeaking!!! Thanks for your input folks. I’m just amazed how good this car is. Those of us that are lucky enough to have one know exactly what I mean. ENJOY! ☺️

Yep that is what to do. They squeak will come back though. It is somewhat normal for CCB brakes. My Porsche's did this, my 488 does and my F8 barely does and is the least out of all but it will come for sure. All it is is brake dust causing the pads to vibrate in place and squeak. When I wash my car I always washing with soap and water only the wheels and brakes off. This keeps the squeaks at a minimal.

Thanks for the info - will try this in the future. I was never able to get rid of it in my 488 Pista. After a track day it started and for the remaining 3 years it stayed. If I drove the car easy and barley used the brakes they'd be quiet, but as soon as they came up to normal temperature the noise would start.

Odd thing is the same type of driving in the Mclarens I've had and not the slightest bit of noise. I wonder what is different.

The symptoms (quiet when cold, squeak when warm) were the same on my 458. Try the hard stopping like I mentioned. I did not have to do the water and compressor, although that is probably a good thing to do as well!
