296 GTB Carbon Piece on Engine Bonnet

While playing with the configurator at the dealer, I choose to have the carbon piece on the engine bonnet finished in Blue Carbon, and also opted for the two lines livery in blue that runs across the center of the car from the front to the back. Although subtle when the blue lines are on the blue carbon but it looks very cool!

However, my dealer came back to me stating that I have to check the AF package in order to have that piece in carbon, if I don't go with AF then that piece will be painted in body color. On top of that, even if I do decide to go with the AF package, that particular carbon piece cannot be finished in Blue Carbon + the livery I choose cannot be applied on the carbon piece.

It sounds really strange to me as the configurator shows both blue carbon + the painted livery applied on top of the carbon piece. The rest of my exterior carbon is finished in blue. I'd love to have the carbon piece on the engine bonnet finished in blue as well.

Anyone know if the dealer is correct on this?
