    Just hit 30. :)

So it took around a month to go from 10R to 30.

Well I'm still in "waiting list" and just heard from my dealer that an extra 10-12 months delay is expected :(

Seriously thinking of cancelling my order; 3 years wait is just too long...

If you don't need the $10k deposit for other things what's the harm of waiting it out and then decide if you want the car or not when your turn comes up? There's really no upside to pulling the order back now as the allocation situation is ever evolving and your slot could get pushed forward almost as easily as you get pushed back.

I’ve been waiting a year and a half since I gave them a $10k deposit. That after owning 6 brand new Ferrari’s. It looks like I’m still a year away from delivery. Are you guys having to pay 10% of the MSRP when the factory starts production?

I didn't hear about that yet but I'm in Europe but maybe I'll find out soon ;)

Over here you put a 25k EUR deposit and on previous orders (last was F8) it was 25k EUR at start of production.

Do you have the Revuelto on order? As for the 296 GTS I’ve also considered canceling if I don’t get an allocation by end of year

I get the feeling you're getting friend zoned by your dealer. Dealers take deposits, build a "list" and in turn try to boost the allocations they receive from the manufacturer (in addition to prior sales performance, etc.). When the allocation is assigned to that dealer, there is no guarantee it will go to you.

It sucks but this is the business, you got the opportunity to place a deposit for an allocation they likely had no idea when they would actually receive. Every dealer can do this, since they're independently operated franchises. This hurts the customer experience and hence why Ferrari "closed" order books.

As mentioned before, hold the line and get to know your dealer's GM. That's the person who can expedite things.

I don't know if it is the dealer. I see "waiting list" in the app so that is factory waiting list or not?

So apparently it’s time for me to pay the 40k USD in addition to my original 10K USD from years ago. Is there any way to confirm that indeed there is an allocation assigned to me? It would suck to pay the 40k and then …. Should I expect to get some documentation or is it just the word of the dealer?
Appreciate any insights. This is my first time.
