the stock wheels are also forged, just silver colour. Options just change the finish (except ofc carbon rim)
I keep debating Multimatic vs FAL/bumpy road mode. I wish there were some more concrete comparisons of the driving experience between the two, which somehow doesn't exist despite every reviewer having driven both.
In the US it is still unclear whether optioning the lift takes away the multimatic passive dampers. From what i heard, dealers are requesting clarification from Ferrari NA. If anyone else has concrete info, please share.
It's spelled out pretty clearly in the personalization guide (option code ELEV): "The lift system introduces the Magneride which, compared to the standard Multimatic, allows to raise the vehicle's front ground clearance by a maximum of 40 mm, thus allowing it to more easily handle bumps and ramps. The system deactivates automatically at speeds in excess of 35 Km/h."
It's a speciale. I already have an AF with no lift. Not an issue. To think I would then order a Speciale with magneride is just not happening. That would be a backward step. The AF would already be quicker around a track then a magneride Speciale.
Thanks this is helpful. I do think believe all the wheels are the same, the two tone version you selected are just diamond cut finish. For the front axle lift, since you didn't option it, does your car come with the multimatic suspension? Or can you have either option at no extra cost if the front axle lift isn't added?
No it's is no lift and multimatic or magneride with lift. Of course people will make their own choice based on their own situation. Mine is clear and will be tracked.
