No offense was intended. Will and Nicola are as much a part of this group as any of us. I just always get a visual of the Fast and the Furious. Besides, Nicola always drives his M3!
No worries Jim, it's all in good fun. Should I go ahead & post something over at DI or just leave it be?

Hey guys how about reviewing post #10. It would be nice to have as many cars as we can get. So Jim M. and Will if you can get the message out to other clubs, that would be great and appreciated. Thanks.
I kind of need a car count, so that we can plan a start place and for the restaurant parking. I have the following list; Don & Carolyn 1 Chad 1 maybe Will 1 Todd & Nancy 1 Nicola & Dad 1 Tim 1 James & Mai 1 Brian R. 1 Jim E. 1 maybe Tillman 1 Scott 1 (eyeing) David & Patty 1 maybe This is 12 cars but 3 of these are maybe's. Any more interested?
I forgot to include Boardwalk Ferrari. They will have 1 or 2 cars. OK, we got the route finalized today and worked out the restaurant details. Sorry for the delay in the post but we were trying to incorporate a series of roads that had some pretty interesting "twisties" but unfortunately the west bound lane on one of them has virtually sunk in some areas in the last two weeks. To the point that the road is not longer low clearance compatible. So we have the second part of the run that works well. The roads are good, smooth, pretty scenic and fast! The run is 57 miles long, it takes 1 hour and 10 minutes to run at the speed limit--so about 45 minutes for this group. We will start at the SE corner of Preston Road (289) and Main street in Frisco. This is the parking lot of an out of business Brookshires. This spot is approximately 5 miles north of the 121 & Preston intersection. From there we will head north and west through "horse" country across lake Ray Roberts and into downtown Denton ending up at the Central Firestation. From there we will head to the restaurant for lunch. This should take about 4 hours of your time, excluding time form home to start and time from finish to home. Tomorrow night I will have some ideas on toys if they have specific requests or needs.
SORRY! We will meet at 9:00 AM, Saturday December 9th. Maps will be handed out and we should blast off by 9:20 or 9:30. Another reason for a head count-so I can bring enough maps.
Count me in at this point, with one possible passenger. If weather is rainy, I'll be Ferrariless, but our Merc Grand Marquis can keep up with anything!
We will not be thinking any negative thoughts like rain, etc. I already have the Tea Leaves out I talked to the fellows at the fire station today and they had no specific requests for toys. The age group is 2 to 13 years, Male and Female. Make sure everything is UNWRAPPED. If you wish to do a cash donation, bring that with you and I will have an envelope with me. If you want to write a check PM me and I will tell you how to make it out. Then I will put it in the envelope on the day of the run. If there are any other questions PM me or call me on my cell 469.235.5639
Here is an updated list, if I missed anyone I apologise. Please notify me or make a post. Don & Carolyn 1 Chad 1 (maybe) Will 1 Todd & Nancy 1 Nicola & Dad 1 Tim 1 James & Mai 1 Brian R. 1 Jim E. 1 (maybe) Tillman 1 Scott & F. Dave 1 David & Patty 1 (maybe) Boardwalk-Jennifer 1 Jonathan 1 Manny (maybe) Maximum 810
