That's one of the many great things about the Market...someone else gets to pay to maintain/enhance/hold your Ferrari until you are ready for it. In the end, the Market always returns Ferraris to their rightful owners.
2nd best day was when I bought my 348 - best day is when I got it back from the major after purchasing and was able to drive it like it was meant to be. At this point I can't imagine selling it would make me happy in the least - but to each their own. Good for you, and good for the new owner who is probably basking in their first 348 experience at this moment.
Care to elaborate on this? Are you saying you grew to dislike the 348, or were you just ready to move on? Are you disenchanted with Ferrari as a whole or are you going to buy another F car?

Yes! A Maserati it is! Deposit is in and a Black on Black 2006 Spyder on the way... The 348 was alot of fun but a little too showy for me. I'll check back with you fellas and (ladies?) when the new Italian arrives...
the best days arent the days you buy it or sell it , its the ones you will always remember like when the kid came up to you and asked if he could take a picture of your car , or the grown up doing the same. also the days where you got together with friends and cruised around with the top down .the car performing at its best. i may or may not sell my 348 this year, next year, ever...it doesnt matter ,becuase those are the days ill remember the most with a smile.
Hahaha can't agree more on the two best days but my third best day was when I took ownership of my TR from the seller just three days after the 2nd Had to tell my wife I leased it Oh I was like you, almost bought a Maserati 4200GT/G'sport but I still chose the old horse. I thought it'll be now or never cos once you're into a modern sports car, those classics just doesn't do it.
