    My QV was not too bad when cold from 1st to 2nd. In fact that car started and ran better cold than hot (hot starting was a constant problem).
    I have noticed the its successor an F355 I swapped my Mondial for was a little tight when cold from 1st to 2nd. My current 360 seems OK.
