    I have a motor mount whose center bolt threads are damaged. I'm in the process of replacing but can't seem to locate a supplier who has the actual center bolt in stock. It's Ferrari p/n 106527. Can I just replace the bolt with an off the shelf of similar strength?

    Yes, you can. The only thing special about the OE bolt is the "self-centering" tip. Just be careful that you don't cross-thread the bolt...As I recall, it is a 12x1.5mm pitch.

    You're welcome...and I stand corrected. The bolts are 12x1.75mm thread pitch. (I'm doing motor mount in a QV now and just happened to have the center bolts removed.)
