I am 4-6 months away from being in a position to get either a 308, 328 or Mondial, but I am not sure which one will suit me best. I have done a search for appropriate threads, read a lot of opinions and am probably more confused than ever. I am like a lot of people posting here...I am setting aside $35-40K for the car. I am 6'2" and 225 with size 13 feet, so finding something that I can fit in comfortably is an issue, and I am not sure if a coupe or a convertible would be best.

I would like to find a dealership that has one or more of these models available for back to back test drives to help narrow down my options, but so far my search has been a failure...most places seem to have one model but not the others. Once I determine which car suits me best, then I can do a more effective search for the exact car I will buy.

I live in west-central Florida, and travel all around the country for work, so I can visit dealers in a lot of places. Having read some horror stories, I am a little leery of the Miami area dealers, but that seems to be where the most cars are in this state. I will be in Los Angeles for several days at the end of this month, so I can also check out the California options as well.

My bottom line question is: where can I get a chance to test and compare these 3 cars? Any suggestions would be welcome.

Is there a local exotic club anywhere near you, or other owners? Most dealers aren't going to allow test drives, although you might be able to get in one and see how you fit. Your best bet is to hang with the local enthusiasts and try to wrangle a few moments in the driver's seats.

Given your size, I'd suggest looking hard at the later Mondials and the 308GT4s
