Looks like a heavily modified 308 to me, but why? On a side note; that sure as hell isn't Christi Brinkley in the passenger seat.
That settles it... I'm selling my Ferrari and buying a Toyota Hybrid Hatchback, the least-exciting car in that entire commercial.
Yep to avoid a law suit, especially since they are hinting that the exotics of the 1980's weren't the most reliable cars on the road.
It appears they filmed a Ferrari 308/328 and used computer graphics to disguise it. If you notice none of the vehicles are identifiable as existing brands. No opportunity for lawsuits.
