After my trip there a few months back I wouldn't ever bother going again. That's a world of misery for the poor cars that have to endure that hell hole.
Patrick, Suggest check in the new york section and / or ask there for a recommendation for someone who can do a pre purchase inspection. I could suggest Auto elite, nj, or Tom Yang (google Tom Yang Ferrari). There will be many more. Yes, it will cost but you will get a professional report if you get the right person, and with these cars, you either pay now or pay later... Good luck.
My experience with Gullwing is that they sell run down garage finds and auction cars aimed at the uninformed and lowest cost buyer. There may be a gem in the rough on occasion but as guygowrie suggested a good and honest pre-purchase inspection should be mandatory.
