Is there a "best" brand (manufacturer) of accessory belts and cam belts or should I just stick with the Ferrari dealer's stock items?

Both the alternator/WP belts and the cam belts are fairly standard industrial belts. The alt/wp belts are Gates Polygrip. Gates, Pirelli, and another company all make the cam belts. All seem to be equally good.

The cam belts are only about $18-$20 each from most aftermarket Ferrari parts suppliers.

I like Dayco but have used TRW and they work well.

Thanks, I couldn't remember the Dayco name. They're my favorites as well, but have no reason to distrust the other brands either. Have never encountered the TRW belts tho.

I got TRW belts from T. Rutlands. I have heard that Evan Auto has a fresh stock of Daycos only one month old. I am going to get a set.
