My ADD + Dyslexia was rampant at the moment, I purchased a set of 4 cams for the 308, 2V, with pulleys.

I had assumed they were 4V. Not.

    Numbers are:
    A115423
    S113258
    S111696
    A115427

Would like to sell them, but ignore the value, as used but in great shape.

Thank you for your kind response.

    Regards, Alberto

10 or 15 years ago they would have been snapped up at $100-150 each. These days nothing I list seems to sell....I had a set of 400i cams bring $11 and a set of TR cams bring $3 for the set of 4....3 bucks, so 75 cents each. That's after listing multiple times...100 each.....100 for the set......no reserve auction they "sold", I just couldn't bring myself to throw them out. The buys gave good reviews and agreed they were is good used condition. Good luck is all I can say on the present value

Those models are the later 2V "smog" cams with teeny lobes. No one really wants these models - the earlier models are far, far more desirable.

But having said this, I could use 115423 (and only this one) should you wish to sell them separately for cheap.

Dave, as far as I am into them, I would rather keep them as fairly expensive 'ornaments' than split them.
Either that, or recoup my investment for all 4. Or ask the cam grinders if they require cores.

Wayne, the pulleys are good looking, cannot guarantee anything. Write me if you like.

Too bad they’re not Euro QV cams, I really like to find a set.

I didn't think the Euro QV cams were much different than the US versions, other than perhaps the US intake cam timing is retarded 4* in comparison to the Euro (something minor like that). The problem (as I understand) is that the Bosch K-Jet injection systems didn't work well with aggressive cams, they needed pretty mild lift and duration, so the Euro cams still had that same K-Jet limitation.

Ah! I see, 4 deg isn’t much I will reconsider, maybe I can just adjust by moving the cam timing hole on the cam pully.

Yes, exactly. The only difference US to euro is where they stamped the timing mark so just put a dial indicator on and retime. When I did mine years ago I stamped a new mark to make future work easier.

If you want better cams the 328 intake has more lift and couple degrees more duration or the 348 cams are quite a bit more aggressive and will also work but I'm not sure how happy the CIS will be about them.
