308 dash vent part question

I was wondering if anybody knows where to find the 3 dash vents for a 308, not the outlets but the plastic parts underneath that the vent hoses get attached to. I am rebuilding my 308 and those parts are all dry as glass and cracked partially.
I tried Ferrari UK and some places in the US but no luck; seems this may be a tough one to find.
