    Smart folks, I have an "aftermarket repair" on my passenger side door of an 85 308. I have appropriated the correct screw for replacement. My question is this: should I be able to back out this incorrect screw and replace with the correct screw without having to disassemble the door panel? Obviously, no one really knows what was done here to make this thing work...
