308 door parts questions:

I've got the doors of my 308 apart and broke one of the clips that holds the various control rods in their respective mounting holes. (#8 in the diagram, qty 6 per door.) It doesn't look like it's in stock at Dennis McCann, does anyone know of someplace that would have this as an in stock part? I'll check the usual places, just wondering if anyone else knows where I can get one right away.

Now for the important questions:
In the attached diagram from Ferrari UK, is the part that looks like it says "2" (which is actually 82) on the lower left corner a gasket that goes around the outside door handle opening? My car doesn't have anything there and it's a big hole for water to get into. It doesn't show up by part number in Ferrari UK or my hardcopy parts book, so I really don't know what the heck it is!

Also, there's a bushing around the inside door lock knob (I cut the number off in my editing, it's just to the right of #59), what is this? I don't think I have one of these, either. Is it an isolator of a sort or is it just the chrome trim ring on the top of the door panel?
