    I'm about order reproduction five spokes from Supperperformance to replace my metric rims. Will 16x8 fit in front? If so what tire sixe should use?

    Use the standard sizes 7 in front & 8 in rear - tires 205/55 F & 225/50 R - if you need more detail or discussion look at all the wheel threads in the 308 section

    Isn't it hard enough to steer already with the 7 inchers? I had 17x8 on mine so I would think the 16x8 would also fit.

    On my QV I have 17x8 on the front with 225/47/17 tire and no rubbing, hitting, nor touching anywhere when you turn the steering wheel lock to lock.
