308 GT4 driveshaft boot process?

There are lots of post for 308 boot, is it much different?

 

Try a search here on "Lobro" (the vendor who actually makes the CV joint) -- should get you some relevant threads.

 

Process is the same for any of the 3x8 engine cars, other than the body giving more or less direct access.

 

Mine are made by GKN in germany. I've saved a bunch of money buying Porsche parts instead of Ferrari

As everyone has said, buy for a Porsche 911 and save a lot of $$$, of course you don't get the nice horsey box to impress your trash collectors on the next garbage day.

the removal is not hard but you will need a breaker bar aand several allen bits!

these are the exact same joints in a VW van as the 308

I had fun doing this. I would also but new nuts and bolts they are not that expensive from TR although mine rusted pretty quick compared to the originals

I used redline high pressure grease
