I have 2 problems. I have checked all the lights and they work except for the license plate lights. I have changed the bulbs and nothing. Are they on a separate circuit? Also I have a hose that seems to be cut and leads nowhere. I have attached photos. It is the one on the right tied with the funky black tie. Thanks Marcello

License plate lights are now working, seems to have been a quick fix. Now looking for help regarding hose to nowhere.

Can you tqake a photo from a little farther back so we can see where the hose comes from or tell us what the other end is attached to.

I have nothing like those hoses on my GT4. The only hoses coming onto the front of the engine are two from the water reservoir to the water pump (thick and thin), The coupling from the water pump to the radiator (very thick) and a return fuel line from a carb to the right hand tank (thin). Is the car running?

I think those are carb overflow hoses or emission hoses that go to the carbon canister. Many people have removed or reworked many of these hoses over the years. I would also suggest to find out where it come from, at least put some kind of plug and hose clamp on it till you find out? Here is a pic of my engine you can see the carb canister in the lower right near the trunk it should attach to a tube on the inside of the carbs. I will look for the page in the parts book. Do you have a parts book if not e-mail me and I will send you a pdf. What year is the car?

According to the parts catalog and based on what you showed in your photos, this line should have come from underneath the airbox, then go to a one-way valve (probably located where this particular hose ends), then on to the side port/hose barb of the carbon canister...
