Currently refurbishing a GT4 i purchased last year and realizing (with my girlfriends observation) that I have a somewhat unhealthy obsession with the car. Now I know why...Thinking back to school in the 80's all I did was draw wedge-shaped cars. The "wedgier" and more extreme the better. The looks AND the way it drives are simply amazing. I have a fair collection of cars (FF, AR GTV, Duetto, Montreal, 911, A112 Abarth, Lancia Flaminia, RR Ghost:)) and this is the only one I think of all of the time. Enjoy your GT4's - they are "more" special then you think..

    Hello there Petey!
I have been developing some Luggage for the 308 and 328. We are also in the process of developing a set of 4 cases for a 308 GT4 with the Rear Seat Delete option. I believe there were only a few cars built like that. I will send you some pictures if you are interested. I guarantee the lady in your life will love these.
BTW, interesting to see you have a Alfa Montreal. I do too. Mine is a RHD (1 of 104 built) 1974 model. They are an interesting contrast - the Ferrari 308 QV and the Alfa Montreal. Both have similar size V8's. The Ferrari at 2.9 Liters and the Alfa at 2.6 Liters.

I'm surprised you don't have an early Lotus Esprit, they are about as "wedgie" as it gets :)

According to my records, Nino's 15398 is a 1979 Red Boxer w/ Black interior. Formerly owned by md88plt from Tennessee.

I try to scrape any GT4 S/N info that is posted in FerrariChat. It's gotten harder with the new format (seems to be a trend noticed by others), and I can't paste the full list into a single post any more, but I update and share when possible. The list is a few years old so I expect some owners have moved on and those cars won't be up-to-date.

I'm not that good. It was a guess based on your high chassis number

The previous owner of 15398 had identified it as a 1979 model. You can usually tell the date of manufacture from a plate that shows your serial number and is mounted below the strike plate on the driver side door jamb. Well, that's true for LHD cars. I'm not sure if the same applies to RHD models.

Your S/N is in the transition range, so it may very well be a 1980 car. Here is what I show for other FerrariChat GT4 owners:

    15054 ex-gt4me (Azzuro / Parchment)
15086 3px19 - Cal Crouch, upstate New York USA (Silver Boxer / Black)
