Looks like replacing all of the rubber would be a good place to start, fuel, bushings, radiator.. That fuel line coming out of the fuel tank looks scary! Nice 328 wheels!
Great question as so many of these cars seem to have just under 40k miles. What are the odds of that?
I clearly remember, like it was yesterday, thinking this exact same thing back in the mid to late 80's. Whenever I saw them for sale in R&T marketplace or some other publication, they all had 37,000 something miles. I thought that odd then when I was a teenager. Now, 40 years later they all still have 37,000 something miles. Besides, in this particular case, that speedometer is different than what it came with originally. In the end, it really is irrelevant with these cars. They aren't 1981 Honda Accords that you just know has 284,674 miles on them. Few are probably over even 90K on the top end. If that. If I were looking, I don't even care about the belts history. If it passes a compression and leak down, I'm good. I can deal with the rest that may need attention.
The exhaust is a bit strange - Two exhaust tips missing, a blanking plate pop riveted in place, and the two exhaust tips that are present, do not look Ferrari quality.
