For sale is my largely still-as-in-1984 308 GTS QV, red/cream, with almost 57k miles. Here are the particulars of my car:

I believe it is original with many items as they came out of the factory in 1984: paint, leather, vinyl, carpets, felt material, trim, glass,

bumpers, motor, trans, exhaust. The good of this is that you get irreplacable originality, but you have to accept that the paint is only shiny if

you keep it clean and waxed; the felt material is coming loose on the targa bar and has some water staining from decades past; and the seats have a

    little patina to them.

The motor and trans are great, with strong performance and that unmistakable euro exhaust note. The fuel/oil lines are almost new. The brakes are

almost new. The suspension is from 1984 or thereabouts. The targa top is faded a little but otherwise clean and the felt underneath is nice. The

vinyl and carpets are nice and clean. The AC is not working, never has since I owned it, and I ain't fixing it. :) The gauges, switches, buttons

all work fine except for the tach, which is scheduled to be fixed when the shop in CA has availability.

I have done a lot of service to the car since I bought in 2009 (it was a lemon when I got it). It has no needs, drives very, very well and I

service it annually to keep it fit for duty, always fixing what is busted.

The belt serice was done in early 2011. I have some tools and the owner's manual in the Ferrari pouch, and all my service history ($30k+) by a

shop that is well regarded on fchat, plus some records going back into the mid-90s from previous owners.

If you want a car that will give you motoring joy with all its prior needs addressed, and you don't mind that it won't win a national concourse

cosmetically, this is the car for you. Asking $68,000.

I prefer email over PMs. You can find me at obelix53 on hotmail d o t com. More photos available via email.

Very near the twin of my 84 Euro QV - deep front spoiler, no rear hatch spoiler, similar colours (except for carpet), miles and condition.

Looks great, good luck with the sale!

I had a 1985 Euro QV and it is the way to go with a 308 IMHO. Miss that car, GLWS.
