    Hi Everyone,

It is a 308 Gtsi USA 1980' i'm restoring with some engine mods.
I bought it last year as a project car i didn't have a chance to drive it at all.
The pics i will post mostly dated back a few month earlier...

Great job. Keep the pictures coming. My friend has a wet media blasting machine. What a great job they do, no pitting like a media blaster does. Makes the parts look like new or better. Better than soda blasting.

For a "project" car in the first picture, the vehicle looks pretty solid to begin with. You are taking it up a level or two. Well done!

    Thanks for the encouraging words.
The wet blasting makes great texture, the parts looks like new after!
When the car arrived it looked promising, but the oil filter was loose and after further
inspection I found out that the car must be stored 20 year or so in a garage without
running. As i'm running a business buiding race engines, designing engine parts and ecu programing, and beeing A Ferrari enthusiast, my mind started to spin like an F1 engine:
    So the saga begun :)
Also i'm used to high quality in the racing business, i try to make it looking very close
to the original but upgrade the performance as much as "reasonable".

I miss the days of walking into garages and seeing naked women on the wall. God bless you sir.

Yes, I think the mods have been asleep on this one - no harm done, IMHO

Good idea on the hand brake pulleys-- I recognise those from fixing a friend's garage doors last year-- $10 from home depot.
