Well, if you have a carb car or a QV, you can find it from these guys (World upholstery) or through Reoriginals. I am not sure what decade World Upholstery is going to update their website and take down that they have the ivory cross-stitch material for the 2V injected cars because they do not have it, have not had it for a long time and probably will never have it.
I think I bought the last of the black stripe material from Reoriginals late last year. I paid dearly for it. Have yet to do the interior resto, probably late next year. Good luck finding the stuff, I am pretty sure it's unobtanium.
If all you need is enough for the targa top, perhaps we can work something out, I had my top recovered last year and so I'll have extra.
