As I was drying off my 84 QV (final bath of the season), I reached in to pop up the headlights to dry them. They both popped up, then down, then up, finally resting in the down position. I figured a little water got where is should not go. Drove her a bunch, let her sit a week. Now nothing happens when I turn the stalk. The fuse is fine. I checked the archives, most problems seem to be with one headlight getting freaky. The wiring diagram in the owners manuel is no help. thoughts??? thanks
i just fixed mine and it was in the stalk. maybe you turned the switch too hard and it doesn't have anything to do with water. it costs nothing to check or to fix.
