    As I said earlier I don't see any of these design changes as 80's "bling" but rather as functional necessities to accommodate the chassis and powertrain modifications. The wider wheels, for instance, require the fender flares. The intercoolers need the larger intakes. I love the original 308 design as much as anyone but let's be honest, it is aerodynamically unfit for anything over 150 mph. The Koenig edges toward the 288 or F40 without a complete rearrangement of the engine and transmission and could be had for a fraction of the cost of either of those. Not to infer that it's as good but 400 hp is 400 hp.
