    Working on my bumper conversion (that's a different thread looking for help!) so I took off the rear diaper and rear bumper. Two questions for you: 1) this exhaust looks like it has been on there since the beginning. What do you think? No sign of a label or mfgr logo, wonder who made it. Also, on the bracket holding the exhaust to the body is a stamped number - 121383. The plate inside the drivers door shows a production date of Jan 1984, Coincidence? Or do you think that the build date is Dec 13, 1983? Thanks for the help.

    That's the OEM exhaust. Mine looks identical.

    No idea on the number though. I've found all sorts of numbers on the interior parts I took out of my car, many written on with a marker. None of them seem to make much sense. It sure is fun to take things apart for the first time though.
