I recently noticed the antenna/aerial on my 85 308 QV was missing the exterior nut. I do not recall what the nut exactly looks like. I do have an original Bosch Autojet (not Autojet 2) antenna.
This may be a strange request but, can anyone who has an 83-85 308, please post a photo of their antenna/aerial nut?
This would be much appreciated. I would like to find a replacement.

This is what my antenna looks like now. I plan on purchasing the two lower plastic pieces, I believe they are called bushings from Verell.
Finding a replacement nut has been impossible.

Thank for the info and pics.

That was my experience, when someone took mine.
I had to just replace the whole antenna!!

This is what all of my cars looked like, it's what I would call "early" then!

It's a plastic half dome, the chrome overshell, and then the jamb nut, chromed and hex shaped!

    Thanks!!

I lost mine along the LIE in NY years ago. A new antenna was the solution.
