    I have no affiliation, but have recently found an eBay Seller who produces rare car decals and window stickers. We've all seen repro QV stickers at the usual suspect parts vendors, but this gentleman has just agreed to produce window stickers for the GT4, carb cars (he can make it say 78 or 79), and both Goodyear and Michelin versions of the QV. It's pretty impressive work, and I just bought one for myself. His prices seem awfully low, and it's a small price to pay to make my car that much more "correct." Thought I'd pass this along to the community...

    That is because you are not seeing the "Ferrari markup" that other dealers tack on to a decal that costs 50 cents to produce. Most Ferrari owners (not me) will gladly pay $50 for a 50 cent sticker with a horsey on it and pretty much all Ferrari suppliers will gladly charge what the market will bear.

    My hat is off to the seller, and to Wildcat326 for passing it on.

    He seems like a decent enough guy to give business to. I took a pic of another Owner's 79 label and sent it to him, and he was very quick to oblige with a template. I'm getting him shots and measurements for a carb car charcoal canister label this week.

    Yes, he has an impressive portfolio of stickers of all types and makes and seems willing to work with classic car owners to develop other applications. Hope the copywrite police don't jump on him.

    Back to the subject of Windscreen Decals. Does anyone have a "Location" for the 16" Tire Decal? How far is it from the Bottom of the Screen, Distance to the A Pillar...? I am sure someone has an unmolested, original car.... Thanks!
    (BTW, I have bought a Decal, hence the question)

    Does anyone know where to get the 1983 sticker? It has "FOR THE 1983 MODEL YEAR" as the last line and does not have the part number in the box in the lower right corner.

    Mike: To be extremely fussy, the sticker you bought is not perfect. For example, the curve of the parenthesis surrounding "gms/mil" are much more curved on the original stickers than your reproduction.

    I knew this was comin'...the curve of a symbol? If you're gonna make a statement about being "fussy", at least learn to spell correctly. When used as a pair of round brackets, the "P" word is spelled "parentheses" :)

    I spelled correctly, it was just my grammar that I could more betterly do.

    Yeah, the exact shape of the braces is obsessive detail. I guess my original comment comes from the thought that if someone is bothering to produce a replica, it should be an exact replica, shape of brackets included.

    Contact this eBay seller for your 83 request - he customizes then on request. I had him change his 78 sticker to say 79 for my car.

    You're darn tootin'. Forget that I can't set the time on my clock and that my throttle cable is currently held together with a scrap of copper wire, I want the correct shape parentheses on my window sticker!
