I am changing the spark plugs on my 85 308 qv. What would the best plug to use, i have noticed NGK has 3 heat ranges.

No need to get so fussy about this (heat range) on your 308QV (vs a carb 308) as it has much better AFR control and a better ignition system -- NGK BPR7ES or NGK BPR7EIX would be fine IMO...

NGK's BP7ES runs great in my QV. $2.60 each from Amazon.com. I installed them back in June.

I use BERU UX56, with four pole. .

Not the cheapest, but the best solution. I had also drive with NGK BP7ES. But with the BERU have stronger torqe on low rpm-s. Must testing an you will see.

I used the NGK BPR7EIX plugs in my '78 GTS after I installed the Electromotive system, and they worked great. With the regular ignition system before installing the Electromotive, I used the NGK BPR6ES plugs, and they were fine with the stock distributor system.
