Just get a local shop to cut them for you from aluminum sheet. There are only parallel cuts on each side at 90 degrees from side to side which create the fenestrations. Simple piece, really. I have mine off at the moment and will post detailed pics if desired.

Not too complicated, but I think 3D printing would be cheaper and easier. I never put mine back on when I did my interior as I didn't put speakers in either. But I don't want to part with them either, they belong with the car.

 

I'm in the same spot. Both are off semi-permanently as I have no intention of having any stereo in the car. But, clearly, the next owner may very well need them. Happy to measure or photograph them if needed. PM, please.

Well since mine didn't go with the car, along with pretty much everything else, mine can now be for sale. Just not sure how much to ask for them now.

 

Not sure how many are still on here, but did anyone ever find a source for these? Or create a 3D file? Aside from the exploded drawings, I have no idea what they look like up close or what the dimensions are. I would consider 3D printing them if i had that info. Mine is missing them also.

 

It's not as simple as some describe.

I too have a Factory set, as the modern speakers are to complicated to "mount flush" anyway.
So I made a replacement set and upholstered them, then mounted the speakers semi-flush.

I'm not sure I want to sell them but $XXX for the pair might pry them away.

Its a serrated profile of anodized aluminum, and then there's a gazillion oval holes machined thru the black recessed slots.

I'll unwrap mine, and give you a close up.

 

I'll probably never care since I don't listen to the radio, but I need to reupholster my door panels and I'll have some holes to fill.

 

If you don't mind, I would appreciate it! Maybe throw a ruler on some of the edges so I can get an idea of the size?
