    When the ignition key is turned on, the speedo needle flickers, that's all! Driving, the speedo and odometer don't work. Is the instrument defective or the pulse generator the culprit here? Is there a way to test either one to define what to replace or repair?
    I sure don't need a speeding ticket in my NC-DMV records!!

    Thanks for any advice here....

    Check out all the similar threads in the 308 section - almost certainly sender has given up & needs replacing
