    I just had a bunch of work done on my steering and it steers beautifully. But the large black krinkle finish cover closest to the steering wheel now turns easily when I flip on turn signal. The parts diagram shows a couple of bolts that may hold this stable, but before I started taking it apart I wanted to see if anyone knew why this might be spinning.

    Anyway to fix without undoing the large nut?
