    I just bought a 1980 308 gts. It has the old 14 inch size rims. I’m wanting to replace the tires it has some old pirellis. I’m wanting to put on Michelin tires. What size do I put on. And not the original Michelin size it came with. The up graded Michelin tires. I’m keeping the original rims so I’m not putting on 16 rims .

    Look at the numbers on the old tires and match them ,or check your manual all the info is in there.

    14" rims would have been fitted with 205/70 14. Original fitment would be Michelin XWX.

    Not many people look upon the TRX as an upgrade to the XWX........
