This may be a stupid question, but I was wondering how big of a job it is to replace the valve seals on a 308 US spec engine. Does the engine need to come out, or can it be done by taking the cam covers off? As always, your help is greatly appreciated.
Either operation will require loads of effort and I'd say pulling the engine out would be the easier of the two.
