Breaking through the casting as shown in your photos is a common problem. They are not easy to find and expensive (make that ridiculously expensive) when you do locate one. Be aware that, at least for the GT4, the LHD and RHD versions have different bends in the arm and look funny if used in the wrong application (ask me how I know).

The original wiper arms seem impossible to obtain unless they are from a donor car. Even those will likely to break just like the case of the OP of this thread.

Today I took some pictures of mine just for photographic record and reference purposes. They are RHD version (of course) and LHD ones are supposedly just mirror image. 328 uses the same. These are made by Carello in Italy and NLA.

The overview of the two arms with blades (not original Carello Licenza Trico 18" twin wired blades part number 71.209.000 but a Bosch replacement) attached. The arms are of bayonet type and 7.1mm in width:

The base attachment hole is splined (mine are a bit worn) and tapered. The numbers found on the two arms at the base portion are the same, i.e. 70764570 V69:

The spring mechanism, a stabilizing rod is inside the spring. The number shown on the metal arm portion is different, 1G for the driver side arm (greater bending at the arm tip where the blade is attached) and 2B for the passenger side arm (slightly bending at the arm tip). LHD versions should have different numbers here I believe:

Don't think that's OEM Carello arms, and it's a pair of LHD driver side wiper arm instead of a correct pair. Driver side is shorter about 17" and passenger side is longer about 19". Those two arms will still work just like any arm you can fit onto those two wiper assembly posts...

Hi - are you still selling your 308 wiper arms? I saw you were in a previous post. Thanks.

Not sure who you meant... I'm not a seller anyway.

You might want to check eBay now as there's an OEM used pair of Carello wiper arms for LHD cars currently for sale.

Please note the part numbers are for RHD cars but pictures show them to be for LHD cars.
